Got to meet her great grandmothers!!!

So this Christmas we decided to pack up our bags, left the house uber messy and headed off to Miami! I couldn't stand one more holiday season without my family. First stop on our road trip was a hotel in Georgia. Miss Kennedy hated the car ride and we had to give in 6 hours into our trip. Once we let the lil princess recover, it was off to Sebring, Florida.

Kennedy got to meet her 97 year old great grandmother, Ann Packler:


Ann is always good to us when we visit. She was so excited to see Kennedy. I remember her last year giving away pictures she had collected throughout the years and told us she didn't want to hold on to anymore photographs. Well....... can you believe she is asking for more pics of Kennedy. She can't get enough of ken-ken. While we were there, she fed and burped Kennedy. It was really the highlight of her day. I'll never forget how she kept telling me to let Kennedy wail when she started crying. According to great grandma, the crying help develop the baby's lungs more (te-hee). It was sad when we had to go but we had to make it early into Miami (a 3 hour drive) so Kennedy could see her grandma Lavi (my mom).


Then, it was off to see her other great grandmother - Ligia Arias (my grandmother) :


Overall, it was a fun trip. Kennedy loves being around her big noisy family in Miami. She couldn't get enough her aunts and great uncles who love her so much. By far, it was the best xmas, we've had since we moved to NC. I miss everyone in Miami so much already!
