Souffle Pumpkin Pie

This was supposed to be a pancake but on the recommendation of Kevin, I made into a pumpkin pie instead. Ill make some homemade whip cream and it'S THE NOM!

What was i thinking?

I wanted to make a smash cake for kennedy's first b-day. The cupcake tastes amazing but looks less than stellar. I have to take a cake decorating class because I can make desserts taste good but have to work on presentation!
